Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Kings Norton. This is an office-based role with an immediate start, offering a temporary contract of 4-8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage invoices and payments.
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
* Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
* Maintain vendor files.
* Assist with month-end closing.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
