* Job Title: National Business Development Manager
* Department: Spine Surgery
* Location: Field Based, UK Wide
* Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
* Contract: Permanent
Your Main Responsibilities
* Analysing current market dynamics and competition
* Monitoring product performance and market share
* Developing and executing strategic plans for portfolio growth
* Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
* Managing tender processes
* Creating and implementing pricing strategies
* Leading conversations with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
* Developing clinical training programmes for both internal and external teams
* Providing expert clinical support to the sales team
* Accompanying sales teams on key customer visits
* Attending relevant events and exhibitions
What You Need To Succeed
* A successful track record of selling into the NHS
* An extensive working knowledge of spinal products
* A self-started with the ability to work autonomously
* Confidence building strong relationships with both key stakeholders
* A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across the UK
