Would you enjoy working in a prestigious family office environment? A highly respected investment firm is looking for a genuine team-player to organise and manage their front of house. We’d particularly like to hear from you if you are looking for a varied role where no job is too big or too small! What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Answering and fielding telephone calls Arranging appointments, webinars and meetings Greeting and welcoming clients Ordering office supplies and managing the day-to-day running of the office Keeping internal database updated Organising post, sending out parcels and taking deliveries Making restaurant reservations Circulating news articles, downloading fact sheets and reports Circulating and fielding research from brokers Creating PDF documents, using PowerPoint, printing, scanning Processing invoices, credit card reconciliations Inbox management (reviewing, deleting and responding) Printing and binding board packs for the Partners Managing paper trail (shredding and recycling) Liaising and working closely with the Executive Assistants The skills you need to bring: Previous experience in a similar role Confident and proactive approach Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to adapt and problem-solve Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Good IT skills
