Team Leader- Young People
We are looking for passionateTeam Leaderswho personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people with emotionalbehavioural disabilities.
As aTeam Leaderyou will lead a team of support workers and seniors to deliver a high standard of care at all times. You recognise that the role is to help support service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.
Thesuccessful candidate must have;
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Experience working with Young People withemotionalbehavioural disabilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
