We are excited to be hiring a committed, creative and resilient Assistant Team Manager (Social Work qualified) to support our continuous improvement journey, towards best practice.

About The Role
You will play a key role in supporting children and families
You will manage qualified and unqualified workers, with a focus on maintaining the highest professional standards through regular formal and informal supervision of staff.
You will act as mentor for colleagues and take a lead in the induction of new staff.
You will be expected to lead and develop areas of work within the team.
You will stay up to date with relevant legislation, law and best practice and we continue to develop continued professional development via excellent training opportunities.
