SAP S/4HANA Process Purchase to Pay Consultant – Manager

Our client is a global professional services firm growing its SAP S/4HANA and Finance Transformation practice. They are expanding their Procure-to-Pay capability to support increasing demand for large, complex transformation programmes across multiple industries.
About the Role
This position sits within the SAP S/4HANA Process team, focused on Purchase to Pay. You will combine functional expertise, consulting delivery and team leadership to support end-to-end P2P transformation. The role involves shaping P2P design, improving processes, managing delivery teams and working directly with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead functional workstreams across SAP S/4HANA P2P.
* Manage client engagements and support Senior Managers and Directors.
* Shape project strategies and address complex P2P challenges.
* Support delivery across master data, invoicing, payments and Accounts Payable.
* Manage project teams, assess risks and ensure delivery quality.
* Drive end-to-end activities across the project lifecycle.
* Advise clients on automation and iRPA opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
* Expertise in SAP ECC MM and FI, with hands-on S/4HANA Finance or P2P experience.
* Proven delivery of at least two end-to-end SAP implementations.
* Experience in process design and process optimisation.
* Leadership experience managing teams of two to four people.
* Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
* Prior consulting experience required.
* Accounting knowledge beneficial but not essential.
