Are you the kind of teacher who brings a classroom to life, the one pupils remember years later?
If you love those lightbulb moments, building confidence, and making learning feel exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
At Protocol Education, we’re working with welcoming primary schools where creativity, encouragement, and meaningful learning aren’t just nice ideas, they’re part of everyday life.
What you’ll be doing
• Bringing lessons to life with energy, creativity, and real engagement
• Helping pupils grow in confidence across Literacy, Numeracy, and beyond
• Creating a classroom where every child feels supported, included, and ready to give things a go
• Encouraging curiosity, teamwork, and those all-important “I’ve got this” moments
What we’re looking for
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A positive, can-do attitude that pupils (and staff) warm to quickly
• Strong classroom presence, with the ability to keep things calm, focused, and purposeful
• Someone who genuinely cares about helping children thrive, not just academically, but personally too
What you’ll get in return
• Flexible teaching that fits around your life, not the other way round
• The chance to work in a range of supportive, well-run primary schools
• Ongoing support from a consultant who actually listens and gets what you’re looking for
