This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in practice management, with full training and mentoring provided. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and wider team to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of a busy GP surgery.

Job responsibilities
To support the Practice Manager in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimizing efficiency and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, including staff management, patient services, premises, and health and safety management.
Support the Practice Manager in leading the team through innovative working methods, promoting quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* A good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Experience working with the general public
* Experience in a healthcare setting
* Educated to A-level/equivalent or higher with relevant experience
* Experience in performance management, including appraisal writing, staff development, and disciplinary procedures
* Experience in developing and implementing projects
* NHS/Primary Care experience
* Relevant health and safety experience
