Prior experience within the automotive trade, preferably within a Main Dealer environment.
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Assistant Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & can motivate their team to successResponsibilities:
Assist with leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Handling customer queries and complaints promptly – maintaining terrific customer service.
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.The salary for this position is £32,000 basic with a potential OTE of £45,000.
