Job Summary
Echo Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative / Bendi Driver to support the efficient running of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing stock, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Bendi/Flexi truck (valid licence essential)
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Verify products meet customer specifications before dispatch
Handle Goods In and check deliveries
Carry out final dispatch verification
Assist with container off-loading
Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse
Ensure all daily and monthly KPIs are met
Follow all health and safety procedures
Undertake additional duties as required
Skills & Experience
Valid Bendi (Flexi) licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to follow instructions and operational processes
Good organisational and time management skills
Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday

Flexibility required for overtime or additional days when needed
