Were looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a person-centered team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs during daytime hours. Your Role: Provide personalised care aligned with individual plans Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Support daily living skills, medication, and safe environments Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours Encourage social engagement and attend appointments Work closely with professionals and maintain accurate records What Youll Need: Minimum 6 months experience in a care role relating to people with Autism / Learning Difficulties / Mental Health NISCC registered / willing to register Good communication skills and a caring approach Why Apply?
