With continued investment and growth in its in-house advocacy offering, the organisation is now seeking a senior advocate to play a key role in both technical delivery and team leadership. Your new role This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Solicitor Advocate or Barrister to take on complex, high-value litigation work while also shaping the direction of a growing advocacy team. You will operate independently, without supervision, undertaking the most technically demanding advocacy, advisory and drafting work. In addition, you will play a significant role in mentoring junior lawyers, supporting team development and contributing to client strategy and business growth. Key Responsibilities Handle a broad range of complex advocacy matters, including: multi-track trials and high-value hearings, complex interlocutory applications and CCMCs, JSMs, sanctions, recoveries and specialist proceedings. Draft and settle high-value and complex pleadings Provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders and clients Travel to North West courts.
