We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Live Streamers to join our creative team. The role involves hosting live streaming sessions on TikTok platforms to showcase and sell luggage, bags, pet products, and home-living products to our audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting products in an engaging and professional way, interacting with viewers through live chat and comments, answering product-related questions, and encouraging sales during live sessions. They will also support the team by shooting short product videos, participating in creative content planning, and following brand guidelines and video quality standards. Live streaming sessions usually last 3–4 hours per session. Shift dates and times may vary depending on campaign schedules, product launches, and business needs. Candidates should be available for flexible shifts, including daytime, evening, or weekend sessions where required. Specific shift times and live event schedules will be arranged in advance. Person Specification Essential: The candidate must be confident, natural, and comfortable speaking on camera for 3–4 hour live streaming sessions. They should have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to engage with viewers in real time through comments, live chat, and other interaction tools. The candidate should be proactive, outgoing, creative, and able to present products clearly and enthusiastically. They must be able to follow brand guidelines, maintain video quality standards, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. A basic understanding of TikTok, live streaming, and online audience engagement is required. The candidate must also have the legal right to work in the UK. No specific formal qualification, professional training, or professional body registration is required by law for this role. Desirable: Previous experience in live streaming, TikTok Shop, social media content creation, online sales, presenting, or customer-facing roles would be beneficial. Experience creating short videos, understanding TikTok trends, or working with e-commerce products would be an advantage. Knowledge of products, especially luggage and cat trees, is also desirable but not essential. Training or experience in sales, marketing, media, content creation, customer service, or performing arts would be helpful for this role.
