The Role:
We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Door Supervisors to join our dynamic team of Security Staff in our venues. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests at our venues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted with a friendly and approachable manner, while also managing access and handling any security-related issues.
Role Responsibilities:
As part of the security team, your role will include:
1. Monitoring and managing crowds and queues
2. Dealing with conflict; restraining and escorting customers off of the premises if required
3. Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
4. A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge is mandatory for this role
5. 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred.
6. Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to diffuse high tension situations.
7. Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends at key times during the year.
