Juno Bar & Kitchen is Bath's favourite indie bar, located in the heart of Southgate. We're a small bar with bags of personality — known for bold flavours, banging drinks, and a lively atmosphere. We're currently looking for a fun, hard-working individual to help our management team run the bar and keep Juno delivering at its best.
About the Role
As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in running shifts, supporting the General Manager, and driving a strong culture of customer service and high standards. You'll be a responsible key holder, able to open and close the bar, cash up accurately, and maintain professionalism at all times.
This isn't just about pulling pints — it's about leading the team, training staff, and creating a great atmosphere for customers and staff alike. You'll need to be confident in the cellar, strong on service, and comfortable stepping up during busy periods.
The role will require a varied skill set: from assisting with planning and events, to driving digital marketing content, supporting menu development, and helping evolve new drinks and experiences for our customers.
