£40,000 – £42,000 per year basic (paid weekly)
Realistic annual earnings of £55,000+ thanks to regular bonus and paid overtime
Permanent position working a 4 day week – 4am to 2pm OR 5am to 3pm – Monday to Thursday

Role Details
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll support a busy production area made up of 3 large, bespoke machines and a structured shift team. You’ll report to an open minded leadership team who want engineers who can think for themselves, make safety first decisions, and help push machine performance beyond its already high benchmark of 92% OEE.
Your work will focus on proactive and reactive maintenance – avoiding breakdowns wherever possible and supporting deeper problem solving (root cause analysis, 5 Why etc.). You’ll be trusted to take the lead on your area and play a key role in maintaining a high performing factory floor.

· Weekly bonus averaging £200/week, based on site OEE and team contribution (£10k extra per year)

Have you got the experience, attitude, and mechanical know how to be considered?
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy plant or machinery maintenance
· Strong mechanical fault finding and repair skills
· Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, engines, auto electrics, and basic electrical systems
· Ability to work proactively and take ownership without constant supervision
