Practice Nurse - Locum Contract Opportunity in Huddersfield
Are you a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse seeking a flexible, part-time locum role? Service Care Solutions is currently hiring a dedicated Practice Nurse to support a well-established GP surgery in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a friendly and supportive environment on a 6-month contract basis, with the flexibility to choose working days that suit your schedule.
Pay: £28 LTD p.h
System: SystmOne
Shift Time: 8am - 5:30pm | Flexible within core hours

Practice Nurse Responsibilities
As a Practice Nurse, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality primary care services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting long-term condition reviews for Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, and Hypertension
Performing cervical screening procedures
Administering vaccinations and immunisations
Carrying out phlebotomy as required
Managing treatment room duties efficiently
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary primary care team to support patient needsThe ideal Practice Nurse will be confident using SystmOne and possess strong core primary care nursing skills. A patient-centered, compassionate, and clinically safe approach is essential. You should be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
