Job Description
3. Provide specialised financial support for housing and commercial property development projects.
4. Deliver insightful financial advice to project managers through strong business partnering.
5. Monitor and enhance financial performance within the development and sales functions.
6. Collaborate with Treasury and Appraisal teams to support data-led decision-making.
7. Build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
8. Continuously improve financial reporting processes to meet the changing needs of the development team.
The Successful Applicant
9. Part-qualified and actively progressing toward ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA
10. Solid understanding of VAT treatment in property/construction schemes
11. Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Power BI & Dynamics 365
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for contributing to operational discussions
13. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
14. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines
