As Legal Secretary at our Bromsgrove office you will work alongside established Partner, Valerie Robinson and two other fee earners.
At our Kidderminster office you will work alongside Senior Associates, Nansi Webb and Rachel Summers.
At our Birmingham office you will work alongside S enior Associate, Sophie Shakeshaft and Solicitor, Sophie Jee.
Our Private Client team operates from all of our six Midlands offices.
We’re looking for someone with experience in secretarial duties such as drafting correspondence, audio typing, assisting with file management, taking instruction from fee earners, maintaining diaries and administrative tasks.
Supporting a Fee Earners with all aspects of Private Client work
Undertake delegated work such as typing, word processing and photocopying.
Take phone calls, make appointments and advise clients when appropriate.
Experience of working in a legal (or professional services) Secretarial role preferred.
Experience in audio typing and dictation.
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
