The job holder will work as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises (AP), including security and monitoring services. The role involves a full range of work with residents on probation while residing at the AP. Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting risk management and sentence plan objectives.
2. Reporting significant changes related to risk and re-offending, and non-compliance, following enforcement procedures to ensure safety and security.
3. Assisting in residents' well-being and supervision, maintaining discipline, and ensuring adherence to AP rules, licence conditions, sentence plan objectives, and court orders.
4. Contributing to managing residents' risk.
This position involves substantial out-of-hours work, including waking night duties and weekends. The post may require covering duties at other APs during staff absences.
