About The Role
* The Senior Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for the process and control of purchase ledgers, expenses and cash transactions within the company, including reconciliation of banks and supplier accounts.
* You will complete multiple daily cashbooks in Excel for all company bank accounts via online bank access.
* Process purchase ledger invoices for the group, ensuring the company’s delegation of authority is followed.
* Ensure all invoices received are processed via the appropriate systems, Cost Base system and Sage within the month to enable each ledger to close in line with the Finance timetable.
Role Requirements
* Experience working within an accounts environment and knowledge of Sage 200.
