About Hyatt Regency London Olympia
Hyatt Regency London Olympia is part of the transformation of Olympia into London’s newest destination for entertainment, hospitality and business. The hotel will feature 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre.

Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Lead by example, managing and motivating the team to maintain smooth and organised operations.
* Lead menu planning, recipe development, and the implementation of culinary standards.
* Oversee food preparation and plating to ensure consistency, portion control, and adherence to recipes.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to meet service requirements and enhance guest satisfaction.
About You
You will have proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel environment. A skilled culinary professional, you bring strong leadership and organisational abilities, along with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
