IT and Data Assistant
£25,000 - £28,000
Walton-On-Thames
This is a superb opportunity for a someone with a passion for IT and Dana. You will be joining a small, friendly and successful team, as a lynchpin between the Development and admin/sales and customer service team.
Key duties:
* Manipulation of data within Excel, sorting and filtering, identifying insights and anomalies in data, reporting.
* Identifying faults within software, writing up a bug for the development team to fix
* Supporting the team with technical queries
* Developing improvements to reporting
* Managing the development and implementation of new features/modules
* Testing software updates for bugs
* Investigating problems with integration and compatibility of equipment
* Testing software applications
Person specification:
* Logical and methodically minded
* Strong interest in IT (ideally a degree/college qualification within a relevant IT/Tech based subject – but not essential)
* Strong interest or experience in data manipulation
* Advanced Excel skills
* A meticulous eye for detail
* An understanding of databases/HTML is advantageous
* An understanding of Android devices is advantageous
