What you'll do Lead the organisation's financial strategy, reporting, and day-to-day operations. Manage the preparation of budgets, management accounts, and annual financial statements. Oversee cash flow, statutory returns, and financial controls across the organisation. Act as strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on all financial matters. Drive continuous improvement of finance systems, controls and reporting tools. Represent the organisation at internal and external finance meetings and ensure regulatory compliance with Charity Commission and Companies House. Support fundraising applications and financial reporting to funders and donors. About you AAT / ATI qualification, or equivalent knowledge through experience. Minimum 12 months experience managing finance functions. Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. Proven experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial info to non-finance stakeholders. High-level IT literacy, including Excel and accounting software.
