Responsibilities

* Monitor and improve financial controls and processes within the organisation.

* Improve efficiency of systems from an accounting and operations collaboration perspective.
Profile
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
* Strong experience in financial management within manufacturing (or other transferable) industry.
* Proven expertise in financial controls, diplomatically challenging the status quo and making improvement to finance and business controls.
* Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards.
* Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
