This is a rare entry-level opening for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual to join a high-performing, boutique investment advisory firm. The role is fully remote, though you’ll occasionally travel to Monaco — all expenses paid.

? The Role – What You’ll Do
As Investment Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the fund:
* Fund Administration: Handling all documentation and legal admin associated with fund operations
* Investment Operations: Maintaining investment records and ensuring smooth execution of deals
* Investor Relations: Acting as a key point of contact with investors and other stakeholders
* Legal Oversight: Reviewing legal documents – a background or interest in law/paralegal work is a strong plus
? What We’re Looking For
* Fluent German speaker (C1 or above)
* Undergraduate degree ideally in law, finance, economics or similar
* Entry-level or internship experience in finance, law, or operations
* Impeccable attention to detail, especially in reviewing legal documents
* A proactive mindset, ready to work closely with senior leadership
