Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer phone calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
* Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
* Opening client files on our Case management system.
* Maintain a tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is desirable
* Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
