Job Summary:
The Training & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring CameraMatics customers and internal teams are fully enabled to maximise the value of our solutions. This role delivers structured onboarding and training programmes for enterprise customers, while also designing and delivering internal training to commercial, sales, and operational teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
The role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, outcome-driven training for both external customers and internal colleagues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Training & Onboarding
· Lead the delivery of onboarding programmes for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth adoption of the CameraMatics platform.
· Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions for key users, champions, and administrators.
· Develop and maintain training materials including user guides, e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.
· Tailor training to customer needs, with a focus on measurable ROI and solution adoption.
· Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers get the most out of their solution through best practice training and ongoing enablement.
Internal Training & Sales Enablement
· Deliver onboarding and continuous development programmes for sales, pre-sales, and customer-facing teams.
· Train sales teams to adopt the CameraMatics sales approach, rooted in:
o Customer-Centric Discovery – active listening, empathy, and understanding customer pains.
o Value Demonstration – showing ROI through reduced risk, improved compliance, and efficiency gains.
o Relationship Building – establishing trust with industries often reliant on outdated systems.
o Data-Driven Selling – equipping teams with insights and proof points to drive action.
· Develop role-specific training (e.g. SDRs on prospecting, AEs on ROI/value selling, CSMs on upselling/cross-selling).
· Build and maintain internal enablement resources: sales battle cards, ROI calculators, industry playbooks, and competitor comparison guides.
· Partner with Sales Leadership to embed a performance-driven, collaborative sales culture that values lifelong learning, sharing best practices, and becoming trusted advisors.
· Analayse data and report back to the executive team on what areas are succeeding and what areas are struggling and transition into company facing training plans
Continuous Improvement
· Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to improve training programmes.
· Ensure training materials and delivery are consistent with CameraMatics' brand and values.
· Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as adoption rates, usage analytics, and feedback scores.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor positioning to keep training relevant and impactful.

Skills & Qualifications
· 3+ years in training, enablement, or onboarding within SaaS, fleet management, or related technology sectors.
· Experience training both enterprise customers and internal commercial teams.
· Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills. Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating training materials.
· Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging training.
· Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, value-based selling) a plus.
· Comfortable using LMS, CRM, and sales enablement platforms.
· Fluent in English (Spanish an advantage)
