Monday-Friday (8.00am-5.00pm) plus Saturday (8.30am-10.30am) on a rota basis The Opportunity The successful candidate will be responsible for: Ensuring feed production, deliveries, collections and transfers to branches are managed efficiently and accurately Supporting incoming customer and staff enquiries over phone and in-person Processing and recording orders in a timely, accurate manner Scheduling deliveries and communicating with hauliers and suppliers Providing ongoing general support to the Mill Administration and Weighbridge Operating team as required The Person The successful candidate will: Have previous experience within an administrative environment (desirable) Have a high degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel Packages Be a strong communicator with confident telephone manner Deliver high levels of customer service Be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks Demonstrate a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and support our business Have a passion for agriculture and the farmer customer (desirable) In addition to a competitive salary you will receive: Profit related annual bonus Employee discount at Wynnstay depots 3 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays Save As You Earn schemes Free on-site parking For a confidential discussion regarding the vacancy, please contact Grace Martyn, Customer Service and Admin Team Supervisor, on grace.martynwynnstay.co.uk.
