People Solutions are currently recruiting for a confident and bubbly Team Leader for our well-established client based in Sheffield. This is a full-time position offering excellent rates of pay.

Shifts - Working any 5 days out of 7 ( You will work 2 weekends a month ) You will work any hours between 09:30am - 19:00pm
Pay Rate - Monday to Saturday £12.84 per hour Sundays - £15.80

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth operation of the store
Greet customers and ensure every customer has an exceptional customer service experience every time
Deal with customer complaints positively and promptly within company guidelines
Provide advice and guidance on product selection and product performance to customers
Answer customer sales queries and questions positively
Deal with returns and refunds and maintain records as appropriate
Manage stock control and ensure accuracy of the stock data on a day to day basis
Report any discrepancies, problems, or stock issues to the Store Manager
Stock the Retail space with merchandise as appropriate on a daily basis
Responsibility for the site security and key holding, locking up and opening up procedures
Essential Skills:
Reliable & Punctual
Communication Skills
Customer service background and a passion for animals and a love of dogs
Training:
Full training will be provided by the client along with ongoing support throughout
