This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a forward-thinking organisation that values creativity, collaboration, and design excellence.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading innovative design concepts from initial brief through to completion, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, project managers, and delivery staff. You’ll have the freedom to influence design direction and work on some of the most dynamic and inspiring workplace projects in the industry between 500k to £10 million.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design integrity and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with clients to develop briefs, interpret their vision, and present creative solutions that meet aesthetic and functional goals.
* Produce high-quality design concepts, space plans, visuals, and specifications.
* Oversee technical drawings, materials selection, and project documentation.
* Liaise with architects, contractors, and suppliers to maintain design quality throughout delivery.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of best design practices within the team.
* Stay ahead of emerging design trends, materials, and sustainable design innovations.
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience within interior design, ideally in commercial or workplace design and build sector.
* Strong creative flair backed by solid technical knowledge and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients throughout the entire process.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
