However, Kinnective Care is a relatively new and growing company, and we are committed to rewarding the right person as we expand. As the company grows, we will offer salary increases and the opportunity to earn up to 5% shares, depending on the quality and experience of the candidate.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage care plans for clients, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
* Liaise with healthcare providers, families, and clients to facilitate communication and address any concerns.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, care plans, and service delivery.
* Schedule appointments and follow-ups for clients as needed, ensuring timely access to services.
* Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members regarding care procedures and protocols.
* Monitor client progress and report any changes or concerns to relevant stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support within the office, including managing correspondence and filing systems.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating strong administrative skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A compassionate approach to client care, with a genuine desire to support individuals in need.
* Proficiency in using computer software for record keeping and communication purposes.
