🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll take on a 360° role, learning every element of the recruitment cycle. No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing top candidates via headhunting, job boards, and referrals
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
* Generating new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking
* Delivering a consultative approach to client hiring needs
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants and managers and get the support you need to progress quickly.

* Highly motivated and resilient
* Competitive (sports backgrounds work well but not essential)
* Confident communicators
* Sociable, driven, and ready to grow with the business
Whether you’ve studied Business, Sports Science, Law, Psychology, or anything in between, we care more about your mindset than your degree.
