Forklift Driver Days worked: Five shifts,Monday - Saturday Pay: £13.17 - £13.53 Hours: Minimum of37.5 hours per week Shift Times: Multiple start times, from 0500 Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard rate ( This role requires flexibility, as end times may vary due to business needs) Key Duties Operating forklifts to check, transport, and unload goods safely and efficiently Assisting on lorries by moving pallets Maintaining cleanliness in the yard for a safe working environment Complying with food hygiene regulations Ideal Candidate Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (renewed within the last 3 years) Strong organizational skills Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally Important Notes This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards. Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, make-up, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times
