Job Description: Amazon is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast-paced world of Payroll operations. Payroll is processed on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis across multiple states. The selected candidate will perform various technical tasks related to their responsibilities, including data compilation and supporting the Payroll Team. Responsibilities include:
1. Processing payroll using Vendor payroll software
2. Auditing payroll-related data
3. Reviewing and processing timesheet input records for employees
4. Processing manual check calculations, coordinating with vendors for stop payments/reversals, entering paycheck card entries, assisting with check distribution, and backing up other payroll analysts as needed
5. Providing timely responses to employee inquiries
Basic Qualifications
* 1+ years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Flexibility to work in shifts
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of relevant experience
* US Payroll HRO experience
