Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Primary School Early Years Centre (Newham, E12)
Location: Newham, East London (E12)
Pay: £101.40–£115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term (term-time only)
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming Primary School with an Early Years Centre in the heart of Newham (E12).
You’ll be working as part of a dynamic Early Years team, supporting children aged 2–5 to develop key skills through play, exploration and guided learning.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who loves working in early education and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive school community.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of engaging and creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Observe, assess and record children’s development to support next steps in learning.
Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years lead to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Ensure a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all learners.
Requirements
✅ Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with children in a nursery or early years school setting
✅ Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A positive, caring and proactive approach
