We are seeking a Fixed-term contract for 12 months for the role of Senior Recruitment / Early Talent Administrator. In this position, you will support our recruitment administration operations, managing the lifecycle of hiring for our early talent programs, including Higher Apprentice, Graduate schemes, Internships, and Apprenticeships. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all involved.
Key Responsibilities Promote opportunities across social media platforms like LinkedIn, universities, and job boards, ensuring alignment with our brand and business goals.
Coordinate and manage assessment centres for early talent programs.
Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for candidates—providing updates, feedback, and guidance throughout their journey.
Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with job offers, address candidate queries, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
Manage recruitment approvals and support the use of recruitment software tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and external candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Provide candidates with necessary information and logistics for their interviews.
Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires in collaboration with the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Raise offer letters and contracts for candidates.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed by new employees.
Handle non-standard recruitment requests or issues, escalating when appropriate.
Work within agreed SLAs on a right-first-time basis.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper record-keeping for accurate reporting.
What You’ll Bring Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Experience in recruitment administration or early talent programs.
Confidence using recruitment systems and social media platforms.
A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Experience with Workday, SAP HR, and Excel.
Education/Qualifications Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator is preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workday and SAP HR.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
What’s on Offer Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Location: Chipping Sodbury.
Hours: 36.25 per week.
