Receptionist We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected investment firm to find a Receptionist on a 12-month contract. Based in Central London, this is an opportunity to join a purpose-led, globally focused institution offering a warm, professional and collaborative working environment. THE ROLE: You will join a welcoming Reception team, supporting a busy and professional office environment. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining front-of-house excellence with operational coordination. The day to day will include: Managing the 3rd-floor Front of House area Liaising closely with ground-floor reception, switchboard and Facilities Setting up and turning around meeting rooms for internal meetings, interviews and senior-level visitors Coordinating catering, often with last-minute requests Supporting in-office events when required Balancing guest-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes organisation The ideal candidate will be polished, personable and adaptable, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a busy environment. You will bring previous reception or front-of-house experience, ideally within a corporate setting, and demonstrate a confident, professional presence. A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease.
