This is a 6-Month FTC

We are looking for a PPC Executive with experience in implementation and optimisation of PPC campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Virgin Media O2 digital team and be an active member of a team of in-house PPC experts, building the framework for how we approach PPC advertising going forward.

Digital marketing is an essential function within Virgin Media O2 responsible for driving online sales. In this role you will take ownership of some areas of our PPC activity. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver innovative campaigns that meet Performance objectives through a clear test-and-learn approach. You will work closely with internal teams, Google, Microsoft and key partners to lead innovation in AI adoption, automation maturity, and data-driven optimisation.

The must haves
1. Comfortable with analysing large data sets and making data-led recommendations
2. Experience of working within PPC ideally across Google and Microsoft Ads
3. Ability to work in an agile environment with a fast-moving Digital team
4. SA360 is desirable but not essential
5. strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills
The other stuff we are looking for
6. Day-to-day campaign and budget management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360
7. Support the testing, scaling and optimisation of AI-driven campaign solutions
8. You will be working closely with our PPC Managers & the rest of the PPC Team to conceptualise, execute & review campaigns.
9. Continuously analyse and optimise performance, driving efficiency and growth through data-led decision making
10. Solid understanding of PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to present analysis clearly
