Key Focus Areas
Undertaking market research, competitive analysis and trend monitoring to inform the product roadmap
Acting as a product and market expert, maintaining deep insight into customer needs and industry developments
Tracking product and customer performance to maximise commercial opportunity
Creating clear, well-defined product briefs for new and existing product developments
Supporting new product launches, including go-to-market planning, internal coordination and delivery against timelines
Assisting with product deletions, ensuring efficient and well-managed withdrawal from the portfolio
Collaborating with external suppliers and agencies on product visuals, case studies and collateral
Managing and communicating project progress across multiple internal stakeholders
Supporting internal teams and customers with product training, sales tools and presentations
Key Skills & Experience
Degree qualified in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent proven experience
Ideally 2–5 years' experience in a product or product-marketing role within a technical, manufacturing or industrial environment
Comfortable working with technical products and specifications, with the ability to translate complexity into clear messaging
Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting market and performance data
Creative, detail-oriented and commercially curious, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Confident communicator, able to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required
