Personal Assistant

Meraki Talent is working with a global financial services firms, looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team.
You will have between 3-5 years experience working as an PA, supporting multiple Partners as well as a wider team. You must have experience working in Financial Services.
PA duties:
* Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and resolving conflicts
* Responsible for large amounts of international travel, including multi-stop, itineraries, hotels, transfers
* Responsible for visa applications
* Processing heavy volume of expenses
* Working collaboratively with other PAs within the business during periods of annual leave
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
* Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the team
* Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and documents
* Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating offboarding activities
* Organise team events, offsites, and leadership meetings
Person Specification:
* Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
* Must have worked in Financial Services for at least 2 years
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
* Highly organised, reliable, and detail-focused
* Calm under pressure with a flexible, can-do attitude
