We're looking for a dedicated Physical Training Instructor/Assessor to play a pivotal role in guiding candidates through a structured and supportive assessment journey. In this hands-on role, you'll create a calm, fair, and welcoming environment where candidates can perform at their best. You'll lead both physical and psychometric assessments with professionalism and accuracy, applying detailed marking criteria to ensure every candidate is evaluated fairly and consistently. Working 37.5 hours per week onsite. Includes one overnight chaperone and 'on call' duty per week. Required to work one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).
