An exciting fulltime opportunity has arisen for a motivated, organised, and detailfocused Governance Administrator to join the Directorate of Mental Health Clinical Quality and Governance Team. This is a key role supporting patient safety, quality improvement, and assurance across mental health services. Working closely with clinicians, managers, and senior leaders, you will play an important part in ensuring that governance processes are effective, wellcoordinated, and support safe, personcentred care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment, managing varied priorities, and handling complex and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The post is fulltime (37.5 hours per week) and based within LPT, with some flexibility required to attend meetings across other Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) sites, including the Bradgate Mental Health Unit in line with the service needs. About the Service The Directorate of Mental Health delivers a wide range of community and specialist services, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. The Clinical Quality and Governance Team provides oversight and coordination across areas such as patient safety, risk management, complaints, audits, quality improvement, and external assurance, including Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements. As part of this team, you will contribute to systems that help the Trust learn, improve, and assure the quality of care provided to service users and their families.
