You’ll have the opportunity to work across a range of special educational needs schools in and around the Sandwell and Black Country areas. Our roles are varied, from short-term and day-to-day placements across different settings, to long-term opportunities based within one school. Whether you’re looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments or a more permanent role, we’d love to hear from you! The SEND schools we partner with support learners of different ages and a wide range of educational needs. We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in SEND settings, especially those who have worked with ASD, complex needs, or speech and language difficulties ✨ Requirements: Relevant experience within an SEND setting, with references we can obtain. A positive, calm, and nurturing approach, with the ability to create an inclusive learning environment. Strong understanding of SEND practices, supported by excellent communication skills. Reliable, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A Teaching Assistant or Support Work qualification is desirable but not essential.
