Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with good SQL knowledge (selecting, updating, deleting), SQL scripting, functions, and stored procedures. An interest in coding (C#) is also desirable. This role may involve learning to code or traveling to client sites in Europe.
Responsibilities include:
1. Responding to, tracking, and resolving incoming calls, emails, and helpdesk inquiries (using Jira).
2. Ensuring SLA response times are met.
3. Performing SQL and .NET development tasks, typically involving existing customer extensions, requests, or fixes resulting from support calls.
4. Collaborating with the support team during installations and supporting knowledge transfer from development to support.
The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office per week, with a 24/7 support element involving 2 days on and 10 days off.
