Are you looking for a new challenge or to use your skills in a new and varied environment? This position offers the opportunity to apply your skills as a clinical pharmacist to provide a clinical pharmacy service to our patients. The Band 6 grade is suitable for newly qualified pharmacists or those new to the hospital environment requiring supervision. You will have the chance to rotate through various clinical specialties, acquiring new skills along the way.
Our department is committed to sharing excellence through teaching, is clinically oriented, and utilizes IT to facilitate change. We embrace new technology, including ASCribe/EMIS, Omnicell electronic storage cabinets, ChemoCare, and TrakCare electronic prescribing systems. Additionally, we feature a state-of-the-art dispensing robot to ensure efficient medicine supply, including out-of-hours services. You will contribute to developing quality systems that enhance workflow as part of our Medicines Management Programme, adopting a one-stop concept.
