A well-regarded secondary school in Reading is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCo to lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school. The Role As SENCo, you will have responsibility for overseeing SEND provision and ensuring students with additional needs are identified early and supported effectively. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, compliant, and student-centred provision.
