Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
* Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure solutions, under the guidance of senior team members.
* Collaborate with experienced architects to contribute to infrastructure projects and initiatives.
* Monitor and ensure the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
* Learn and receive guidance from senior team members, actively seeking opportunities to grow.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
* Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Assist in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Follow established infrastructure standards and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles
* Basic understanding of infrastructure platforms, virtualization, and network concepts
* A strong interest in infrastructure architecture and technology
* Willingness to learn and develop skills
* Good interpersonal and communication abilities
* Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Other Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
* Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) a plus
* Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python a plus
