We are excited to partner with a large buisness in recruiting a finance change professional to play a central role in driving the successful delivery of change projects. This position requires a qualified accountant with strong communication and leadership skills, who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to ensure the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses within a large, complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth integration of acquired businesses.
* Oversee system migrations, ensuring a seamless transition to existing reporting processes.
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, leading their execution from start to finish.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Contribute to the development of strategies that drive successful project outcomes.
What you need to be considered:
* Fully qualified accountant (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA).
* Recent experience managing finance change projects within a large, complex business.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
* Proven experience with system migrations and integration projects.
* Leadership capability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
