In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, supporting the Pharmacist and ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing & Accuracy: Verifying prescriptions, managing stock levels, and ensuring inventory control.
Patient Interaction: Providing friendly, professional over-the-counter advice and counseling patients under pharmacist supervision.
Modern Workflow: Confidently operating pharmacy computer systems and automation tools to streamline dispensing.
Team Support: Prioritizing workloads and assisting with the smooth running of the pharmacy environment.
Professional Liaison: Helping maintain effective working relationships with local GPs, practice managers, and reception staff.
Communication: Handling telephone inquiries and prescription requests with professionalism.
Requirements (Essential)
Experience: Minimum of 1+ year working in a UK community pharmacy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in pharmacy computer systems (Experience with Titan is highly preferred).
Language: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Ethic: A proactive, reliable, and professional approach, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
